Charting a future for the water assets serving portions of Delaware and Chester County is a big decision, and we want your input. The City of Chester organized the CWA in 1939 and we have followed this path for 81 years; we are now looking to set a path for the next generations that works for the City, for our citizens, water customers, and for the employees of the CWA. These responses culminate an 8-month process, with an RFP that was issued on February 12. Three different entities submitted proposals. All three proposals are here in their entirety for you to read and to provide comments. We look forward to your input.
